Cecil here is a journalist. Quoting people is the first thing a journalist does. If he talks to your character, and finds what they have to say meaningful, related to a pressing issue (that may have only occurred just now), important, or just kinda annoying, he might quote them on his show.

So, leave a note here if you're cool with something mentioned in a thread with him being brought up over the airwaves.
